DMC Facilities Management are committed to health and safety. We are constantly monitoring, reviewing and improving our procedures to reduce any possible hazards that may arise in the work place.
We are well aware of our legal obligations and regard safety as the most important factor within our business. Before any contract or cleaning task commences we provide our clients with a full and comprehensive bespoke method statement and risk assessment as standard.
We employ directly. We do not sub-contract. It is mandatory for all our staff to undergo training programmes which include NVQ, Working at Heights and First Aid. They regularly attend safety workshops and seminars to keep up to date.
